The Lane Departure Warning and Prevention system monitors lane markings and warns you if you start to drift. If the drift continues, the system will ease you back toward to the center of your lane.
As you reverse, Backup Collision Intervention senses what might sit beyond your line of sight. It can then warn you if a large object is detected behind your vehicle, and even apply the brakes if needed.
Anticipate what’s in your path. Using onboard sensors, the system can sense up to two cars ahead and alert you to a sudden reduction in speed — helping you respond and potentially avoid a collision.
Sensors help watch for vehicles and pedestrians ahead. If you need to slow, the accelerator pedal pushes up and the brakes are applied to help minimize a frontal collision — or possibly prevent one.
